Ms. Heidenfelder

  1. Q: How many years have you been teaching for? Where did you teach before coming to Ramapo High School?
    1. A: This is my 6th year teaching. Prior to Ramapo, I taught Middle School Special Education and English for 1 year at Mt. Lebanon School District in Pittsburgh, PA. After that, I taught College Prep English 9-12 and Learning Support English, as well as Special Education at Franklin Regional School District in Pitts burgh, PA.
  2.  Q: What college did you attend?
    1. A: University of Pittsburgh, Undergraduate in English Literature, University of Pittsburgh Dual Masters Degree’s in Secondary English Education and Special Education
  3.  Q: What are you looking forward to this year?
    1. A: I am looking forward to helping my students reach success as well as becoming a part of the Ramapo Indian Hills family. I have had a great time here thus-far and I cannot wait to see what else the year has in store! It is a great place to be!
  4.  Q: What is a fun fact about yourself?
    1. A: I have a sister, who just turned 18- She is also a senior in high school! I have been helping her with the college application process. We are 10 years apart, and I can’t wait for her to visit from Pittsburgh for Thanksgiving!

 

Ms. Yerger

  1. Q: How many years have you been teaching for? Where did you teach before coming to Ramapo High School?
    1. A: This is my first year working in a school system. Before working at Ramapo High School, I was a nanny for a few different families throughout the years.
  2.  Q: What college did you attend?
    1. A: I went to Ramapo College and I am now getting my masters at Liberty University Online for Counsel ing.
  3.  Q: What are you looking forward to this year?
    1. A: I went to Ramapo High School (graduated 2011) so I am looking forward to seeing what is the same and the great new changes.

 

Mr. Weydig

  1. Q: How many years have you been teaching for? Where did you teach before coming to Ramapo High School?
    1. A: This will be my first full year teaching! I have held two long term replacement positions teaching 7th grade Mathematics in Teaneck at Thomas Jefferson Middle School and 3rd grade Mathematics in Rochelle Park at Midland School #1.
  2.  Q: What college did you attend?
    1. A: I attended Ramapo College of New Jersey.
  3.  Q: What are you looking forward to this year?
    1. A: I am looking forward to having a great school year! I want to make a positive impact on my students and make strong and healthy connections with my colleagues.
  4.  Q: What is a fun fact about yourself?
    1. A: I am a numismatist. I study the history of U.S. coins and currency.
